The Pilates Space has grown organically from a deep passion and genuine care for our clients. To us, Pilates is more than just movement—it’s a way to build strength, confidence, and connection.

Our unique approach blends contemporary Pilates with an athletic, dynamic style, offering a challenging and engaging experience that goes beyond the traditional. Our Instructors bring a personalized touch to every session, creating a personal training experience in a group setting on the reformer.

At The Pilates Space, no two classes are ever the same. Our workouts are designed to be full-body, incorporating principles of progressive overload to ensure continuous improvement and strength-building. You can expect a variety of formats, including circuit-style workouts, HIIT-inspired sessions, and Jumpboard routines, keeping things fresh and exciting. We also incorporate props such as weights, resistance bands, and magic circles to deepen your workout and challenge your body in new ways.

Each of our skilled instructors brings their own personal style to class, but one thing remains constant—we are committed to giving you the best workout possible in the time we have together. This variety and intentional programming are why our clients experience real changes in their bodies and minds, becoming stronger, more confident, and more resilient with each session.
